Monthly short animtation

We would like to quote for a 3-5 minute short animation. The style would be like this [ https://youtu.be/GyN2RhbhiEU ]. We are going to do it monthly. We might provide the storyboard and character/scene ai files and also the ending slides. But we may also need your help to work on the graphic if the schedule is too tight. So can you provide 2 quotes for the animation (per minute)? One with graphics design (including characters and other props), and one without? (We may also need the working files for future use too, so please also state seperately if it involves any extra charges) Thanks a lot!
