Minimalist Spotify Canvas Design

I'm seeking a talented motion graphics designer to create a Spotify canvas animation based off of the attached cover art (i can provide a layered PSD or most other formats you may require). So it would need to be 3 to 8 second mp4 in a 9:16 ratio format.
Here's what I'm looking for:

- **Design Style:** I think i want to go with something minimalist. The animation would not be overly complex. Something to add a little interest to the minimal, but bold design of the cover. But i would also like to see an idea (doesn't have to be final product) for a more extreme version that could be used for a YouTube "visualiser", a looping animation that could be longer in length it desired.
- **Duration:** The animation must be 3 to 8 seconds long, looping smoothly to ensure a seamless experience for viewers.
- **Color Palette:** I have the song's cover art (attached) and i want to keep to the design of that.
- **Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D)
- Experience creating Spotify canvases or similar short-format animations
- Excellent communication skills to ensure the project aligns with my vision
