Map animation for community promotion

Recently, Ford Motor Company and Korean battery manufacturer SK Innovations announced their intent to develop Blue Oval City, a massive industrial complex in Brownsville, TN. This project could be transformative for the communities of West Tennessee. The Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce, located in Dyersburg, TN, is developing a promotional video to attract potential manufacturing suppliers to Blue Oval City. We are seeking a freelancer to create an animated map highlighting our proximity to Blue Oval City, as well as major transportation linkages. We would insert the map into a larger video, which we are producing in-house. We use Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as more limited use of AE After Effects. Sequence settings are 29.97 fps, 4096 x 2160. A script with suggested visuals is attached.
