Make animation

I am looking for a skilled animator who can create a 2D animation for my project. I am open to suggestions for the concept and storyline of the animation. The animation should be less than 1 minute in length.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 2D animation techniques
- Creativity and the ability to come up with engaging concepts
- Attention to detail and ability to meet the time constraints of a short animation
