Make 2D Character animations

We are looking out for a experienced freelancer to make us 2d character , animations and backgrounds for our game. We are planning to make a game which is similar to SAVE THE GIRL which is on playstore and appstore
We are working on a different story but we need that quality visuals
1) 2d Characters
2) All props and backgrounds
3) 2d animations in a fun way as seen in that game
We expect the animator to give us all of the things stated above so we can directly integrate those and make our game.We will be needing around 5-8 levels of content for now and if the work and all are cool we can give more bigger contracts and all in future
