Make me an Animated Presentation

I have around 1000 tutorials on forex/crypto that each need to be made into an animated presentation. I need someone who is experienced in animation and can animate to a good standard. The presentation needs to have a voice in the background to read the tutorial. It would be beneficial if the person has experience in animating presentations and has some exposure to forex and/or financial services. I will provide examples of tutorials on request, I expect these to be turned into an animated presentation. The presentation has to be creative but not lose the meaning that needs to be portrayed.
