3D Low Poly Game Animation

I'm in need of a 3d animator for my game project RPGish. i can provide models, and i'll provide examples on what i need made, but a basic example of it's implementation is linked below. needs to be able to take instructions well, as i have a distinct vision, and i don't have a very high budget, so the cheaper the price, the better. thank you
