Looking for an animator who can animate cutscenes.

Hello! I'm creating a mod for a game called Friday Night Funkin and am currently looking for someone who can animate cutscenes for us. This is planned to be a longer term type of thing and will need many animations. A problem I am having is I'm working on a tight budget, so I can't afford to pay more than 80 dollars per animation. I don't think any of the animations will be too long though and plenty time will be provided though I will probably ask for updates often.
As for the mod itself, it's a horror themed mod which is kind of a mix of real world urban legends and SCP security breach. The idea is the main character has a special walkie talkie and uses it to keep monsters still long enough to capture them. The server and all information is on discord so you will need a discord account.
