Looking to create a 15 to 30 second animation

I have a "scene by scene" diagram of what i'd like for the animation.
It will probably last between 15 and 30 seconds. I will send a link to the scenes upon inquiry for the job.
But overall it is a logo that will spin like a coin, turn into a globe, split open and have a little world above the split open globe.
