Long-Form YouTube Video Editor
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I run an education-focused YouTube channel that publishes 10–20-minute, documentary-style episodes every week. I’m looking for a full-time, remote editor who can take raw footage and shape it into a tight, story-driven narrative that keeps viewers watching to the very last second.
You should already be comfortable working at an intermediate to expert level inside Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition. Beyond simple cutting, I expect thoughtful storytelling, engaging motion graphics, polished sound design, accurate color correction, and all the little retention tricks that turn casual viewers into loyal subscribers.
Because this is a long-form format, pacing and structure matter as much as technical polish. If you’ve previously edited education or documentary content for YouTube—and can point to clear performance results—you’ll feel right at home here.
