Loking for a 2d animator

Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to create some fantastic 2D digital animation for my 3-4 minutes short Film.This will involve taking anime and Indian cartoons and mix them together into a truly unique experience that could be shown around the world. I'm open to ideas when it comes to colors, so feel free to get creative with the design. The project is expected to run over the course of one month in order to ensure that all the details are perfect. Expertise in traditional cel animation and serialized animation is a plus.
