Logo Animation with Circular Movement

I'm seeking a skilled animator to recreate my logo intro animation that was removed by CapCut. I have a .PNG file of my logo, and I need someone to animate it to keep my original intro animation intact. Same thing for 2 different files "This is Zouk" and "This is Bachata"

Requirements:
- Circular movement similar to the provided example video
- Incorporate a glow effect as an additional effect
