Linkedin animation posts

I am looking to create animated Linkedin posts and adverts. The posts will visually show statistics and situations in business using level 3 positioning. The posts can be basic design (using PNG etc.). I intend to provide the narrative and statistics in a short email but will look to you to bring the visual story telling. The animation may be accompanied by a voice over, I will need your direction on how this can easily be done by me?
