3D Kids Character Animator Needed

I'm creating a kids animated series and need a skilled 3D animator to bring my vision to life.

Requirements:
- Design 1 original, cute, cheerful, and energetic character (PNG with transparent background)
- Integrate character into 20 videos (around 5 mins each)
- Basic lip-sync and simple movements (pointing, jumping, etc.)
- Videos and voiceover will be provided by me
