Intro Outro and Transition for Educational Video

I am looking for someone to create a personalized intro and outro, as well as transitions between sections, for an educational video. This should be done with graphics and animations, in an educational-style, lasting 10 seconds or less each. I am open to interpretation, but I am looking for something that can bring my video to life.
Also, need to add sound in intro and outro video
