Interactive Symptom Blocks App

I'm looking for a developer to create a colorful, cartoonish, interactive app for my iPad. The app will feature blocks representing various symptoms of a disorder.

Requirements:
- Blocks should be visually appealing in a cartoonish and colorful style
- Each block should flip over with a simple gesture to reveal the corresponding condition or pathway
- The back of each block will contain text only
