Interactive Animations for Website

We need the animations done for this website - https://fitnesspros.co.za/index.php/capital-solutions/ done originally in SVGator. But this is a subscription service and we need the animations done is software that we can edit as we need without the monthly costs.
So ideally in Adobe Animate or After Effects. It needs to run on a website with interactivity. Site is built in Wordpress and Elementor.
