Infographics Design and Animation

I work as a producer at a production house based in Tokyo. I am currently producing a video for a client, and am in need of a motion graphics artist that can create infographics design and animation. There are about about 12 scenes that need simple motion graphics work, total duration 3 and a half minutes, some scenes are easier than others.
