Indie LGBTQ+ Comic Animation Team Wanted

I'm in need of a talented animation team to help bring my indie comic to life. The comic is an 18+ work that delves into mature and sensitive topics, so a professional and understanding approach is essential.

Scope of Work:
- Character Animation: You should be able to animate various characters with diverse appearances and expressions.
- Background Animation: You must have a keen eye for detail to create scenes that complement the story.
- Special Effects Animation: Skills in special effects are a plus as the series will involve some complex visuals.

This is an ongoing project, with each episode having a duration of 10-15 minutes. I have over 10 episodes planned for the series, so commitment and continuity are crucial.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent character animation skills and experience in creating diverse characters.
- Strong background animation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in special effects animation, particularly in an emotional and mature storytelling context.
- Prior experience in handling mature content and sensitive topics is highly desirable.
- Ability to commit to a long-term project and maintain consistency in style and quality.
- Strong communication skills to understand and execute the vision of the comic effectively.

We are a legal company, so a w8/w9 form is required to work with us. We do not have funding yet, so we function on one paycheck. I can not afford more than $5000 per episode until we have funding.
