I am looking for a skilled animator who specializes in 2D animation. I have a website that is built in Wordpress. The inage I have I would like to habve the sky, ocean and boat to move. Please see screen shot. I will send you web link as well.

- I have a clear concept in mind for the animation and would like to bring it to life through captivating visuals and smooth transitions.
Length:
- The desired length of the animation is a loop, creating a continuous and seamless viewing experience.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 2D animation techniques, including character animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Experience in creating engaging and visually appealing animations that effectively convey the desired concept.
