Illustrator and animator for making youtube videos

I'm looking for an illustrator or animator for making youtube videos. Basically what I need is a skill that can make a video like this example.

This is the basic skill requirement for illustration or animation. After I finish writing the script for the video, we can discuss to decide what illustration to add for each scenes. It'd be better if you illustrate like manga style to clearly create a character. If you can do video editing, it's better but if not it's fine. Please show me your previous works. I prefer the animation to be like manga style with black and white color.
