Humorous 2D Animated Comic Music Video

I'm looking for a talented animator skilled in 2D animation who can create a light-hearted, humorous comic music video set to some catchy German Ballermann Pop Schlager music.
Key requirements:
- Expertise in 2D animation
- Experience with creating animated music videos
- A good understanding of the light-hearted, humorous tone of the project
- Familiarity with German Ballermann Pop Schlager music would be a plus
