Human Pixel Art Animation Creation

I need an experienced pixel artist to create 32-bit pixel art animations from a picture I've provided. The animations will be for a game and include an idle animation and a generic attack/action animation. The character in the picture is a human. The attack/action animations can be generic, but should be adaptable for different scenarios.
