Hiring an experienced GIF designer to help edit and animation and supply it

We are opening a case battles website and need a gif animation to play before an item is revealed. And we have chosen this GIF as the desired one.
We other gif is the current one we are using but do not like.
The current file is : Latest_done_CGW.gif
The design we want to use is: new 1.gif
We NEED the finished GIF to be exact sane size as the Latest_done_CGW file in terms of dimensions however we need 2 variations 1) of the logo placed on the file for the whole animation and 2) wed like the logo to show once the box is opened like as if the logo was inside the box.
The logos we want to use are:
CASE GONE WILD 2.3.png
CASE GONE WILD 2.1.png
budget is $20 and we need within the next 2 hours.
