High-Quality Transparent GIF: Falling Golden Sparkles/Shimmers Effect

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a high-resolution, visually stunning animated GIF featuring an elegant "falling stars" or shimmering particles effect.
Project Requirements:
- Transparent Background: Essential, as the GIF will overlay our existing website background with a negative z-index.
- Color Scheme: Golden tones, primarily around hex #D4A429, with enhanced shimmering and sparkling effects.
- Visual Style: Stars should not be perfectly shaped or overly symmetrical; we're seeking more abstract sparkles or shimmering particles (diamonds, circles, or subtle shapes) to create a magical and luxurious feel.

- Length & Looping: Approx. 10-15 seconds in duration with a seamless loop—animation must cycle continuously without noticeable starting or ending points.
