I have a 2D image of cyclists that needs to be animated into a gif or similar low file size formats compatible with all webbrowsers.
- Duration: The animation duration is one smooth rotation of the legs and pedal (with the rest of the image being stationary) and should be around 1.5 to 2 seconds
