Halloween Event

I am hosting a large halloween event for my bar and I am looking to create invitations. I would like to get a QR code that scans to open a website that plays the invitation video. I would like the video to start out with an envelope with a wax seal that opens up and the invitation comes out stating your invited with the bar name, address, time. From there I would like it to transition into video clips of the band playing, pictures of the inside of the bar, and some halloween theme stuff. I can provide more details as well.
