Haboob Letter Animation

I need an animation to integrate with a 4K haboob video background.
Requirements:
- Animate the block letters "WINDIO" to start shaking as the haboob approaches.
- After 2-3 seconds, the letter "W" should break off, leaving "INDIO" still blowing in the wind for another 2-3 seconds.
- The letters should have a weathered/worn texture.
