Graphics and animation design for Mobile Unity game

Hello,
I need a graphic designed and animation designer for a mobile game for unity
the graphics must be compatible with all the iphones, Androids, ipads etc
its a card game and example game will be shown and all graphics must be equivalant.
Milestones will be awarded after the graphic designs and animations have been completed

i will need in return all high resolution files including PSD files for graphics
and animation project files with rendered files
