Graphic Artist To Help Create Animated Videos

I am looking for a talented artist to work together and create still images and backgrounds for an animated cartoon. The character have already been created and it is up to you to create a background that matches the style and compliments the characters.

This can be on going work. Please provide me with examples of you work.

This project budget is roughly $1000 USD - this means 40 scenes + elements inside the scenes
Payment will be released as scenes are completed.
