Game Animators

I've starting a game development company, and I'm reaching out to game animators (people that can animate rigged characters in unreal engine) asking if they're willing to invest time into a huge project I've recently started up. I've had this idea for a while but only now am I able to properly get things kick started since I've saved up a nice amount of funds to support production.
