GSAP Header Animation for WordPress

I’m refreshing my WordPress homepage and want the very first thing visitors see—the header—to come alive with a clean, performance-friendly GSAP animation. Because no graphic assets exist yet, you’ll start from scratch: design any necessary SVGs or lightweight elements, then storyboard and build the animation so it loads quickly and feels smooth on desktop and mobile.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Create all visual elements required for the header (icons, shapes, subtle textures, etc.) keeping them small in file size.
• Develop a GSAP timeline that triggers on page load and gracefully reverses when the user scrolls past the header.
• Integrate the code into my existing WordPress theme using best practices—enqueue scripts, no hard-coding in the core files.
• Test responsiveness across major browsers and ensure there’s no cumulative layout shift or CLS warnings.

I’ll supply access to a staging site plus brand colors and fonts. Final deliverable is a ready-to-deploy header animation plus clear installation notes so I can migrate it to production in one step.
