GIF Animation from Images

I'm looking for an image editor who can create a GIF animated from images.

Requirements:
- Animate less than 10 images
- Deliver in a high-quality GIF format


Ideal Skills:
- Experience with image editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
- Ability to create smooth animations from still images
