Fully Animated Informational Website -- 2

I need an informational site that feels alive the moment visitors land on it. Smooth, interactive animations should guide the user through every stage of the experience—from the very first fold to the final call-to-action.

Scope of animation

• Content sections
• Footer section

Think subtle parallax, responsive hover states, scroll-triggered reveals and micro-interactions that make the narrative flow naturally without overwhelming the user. The goal is to keep load times lean while still delivering that “wow” factor, so component-based animation libraries such as GSAP, Framer Motion or Lottie JSON sprites are welcome—as long as the end result performs flawlessly across modern browsers and mobile devices.

I will provide the written copy, color palette and basic wireframes. You will turn these into a polished, fully responsive site, integrate the interactive elements, test for cross-browser consistency and hand over clean, well-commented code (or a Webflow export/Figma prototype if using no-code tools).

Deliver a live link or deployable package plus all source files. Once I review and confirm that each animated section behaves exactly as agreed, the project is done.
