Freelance Video Editor for Wellness Reels

I'm seeking a talented freelance video editor to join Wellpop, a yet-to-be launched wellness brand, in crafting engaging short-form content. You'll be responsible for editing 4–6 Reels per week, each lasting 45–60 seconds. The content will primarily feature iPhone talking-head footage and should incorporate jump cuts, clean subtitles, stock footage, and occasional B-roll.
Key Requirements:
- Edit 2–3 Reels weekly, focusing on pacing and engagement
- Use clean and minimal subtitles
- Incorporate background music, sound effects, and text overlays
- Add stock footage or animations as needed
- Ensure the tone is energetic and upbeat
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience editing Reels or YouTube Shorts
- Strong understanding of pacing and storytelling
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Ability to work with iPhone footage and enhance it with additional elements
- Creative flair for integrating stock footage and animations
