Freelance VFX Talent Recruiter – Remote, Flexible, Performance-Based
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We’re looking for a proactive, well-connected recruiter to help grow a new platform for VFX asset creators. If you have a strong network in the VFX and 3D asset space and know where top creators connect online, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in bringing talented artists onto an emerging marketplace, using your industry knowledge and connections to introduce them to new opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leveraging your network to connect and onboard high-quality VFX asset creators.
Engaging with artists in online communities to introduce them to the platform.
Helping vendors get started by encouraging them to upload at least 10+ assets.
Explaining the value of selling on the platform and guiding them through the onboarding process.
