Figma WhatsApp Animation: English to Portuguese

I have a 9-step Figma WhatsApp interaction which is currently in English. I need an expert to animate it via 2D animation, and then change the text from English to Portuguese.
Ideal freelancer should:
- Be proficient in English. I will send the Portuguese-BR text translated.
- Have experience in Figma UI animation.
- Be skilled with Figma.
The final output needed is a GIF file.
