Fast-Paced Shorts Video Editing

I create vertical entertainment shorts that live or die by their energy, so I’m looking for someone who feels at home inside Adobe After Effects. You’ll receive a 30 to 40-second audio file, a simple story, and any assets that need to appear on-screen.

What I need from you is a tight, fast-moving cut: Transform audio into an engaging visual, rhythmic pacing with Audio, and clever layer management so the project file stays clean. I like using subtle outer-glow accents to make key elements pop.

Deliverables per video
• Final MP4/H.264 (30–40 sec, 9:16)
• Editable .aep with organized comps and labeled layers (project file)
• All third-party assets collected in one folder

The first assignment will be a single short; if we both enjoy the workflow, this will roll into a steady stream of clips each week. Send a quick note with a link to any high-energy edits (similar to this video) you’ve done so I can see how you handle pacing and effects.
