2D Explainer Videos -- 2

I am looking for a skilled animator to create a 2D explainer video for my project. The video should be between 30 seconds to 1 minute in length. As I do not have a script or storyboard ready, I would require assistance with both. I am looking for a creative animator who can create a cartoon/character-based style of animation. The ideal freelancer should have expertise in 2D animation and should be able to bring my vision to life.
