Explainer/Tutorial Video

I have already created a video of my application explaining how to use it. I require the following:

-My voice changed to a professional voice over (AI voice is acceptable) and one character pointing to the app screen as he/she talks.
-A generic mobile frame around the already recorded app.
-Background music.
-Splash screen with my logo.

I have recorded the app on a green screen so the background can be replaced with your recommendation.
I would like this first video done as a trial and if satisfactory I will do 5+ more.
I would also like the source files once all videos are completed.
