2D Explainer Animation

We have a requirement to build a 2D explainer animation. We anticipate the animation to last approximately 45 seconds to 1 minute. We are NOT looking for a whiteboard explainer or a generic character animation.
We have considered an animation with shapes moving through a process flow similar to the attached GIF animation (1).gif. However we are willing to discuss all viable design options.
