90% of the total workforce in the country is engaged in the unorganized sector. Labours, in their quest for a job, approach a contractor who connects them to his network of factories. Each stakeholder in this chain has his own set of issues. The labour sometimes, is not satisfied with the accommodation, food and/or working conditions. His reach is limited to the reach of the contractor, and overtime, labours discover better suited jobs and shift out from under him. The contractors face issues pertaining to late payments, lack of stable source of income and limited reach in terms of mills. They have a restricted idea about the labour demand of industry and thus, have no motivation to source new labour. Factory owners encounter problems such as overdependence on contractors, lack of negotiating power, high and untimely attrition, and the lack of knowledge of the same, which adversely affects production and thus, their reputations. Further, the factory owners currently do not have an established source to recruit labour. At AamDhanE, we provide the factory owners with access to labour from across India, and reduce the managers hassle by becoming the exclusive medium of interactions between the factory and contractors and labourers through the application. For contactors, on-time payments are ensured as their commission now comes from us rather than the factories, and a greater sense of secure income is established even if the labour shifts out to an AamDhanE partnered factory. The contractor is motivated to expand his network of mills and labours for greater commission. For labourers, a transparent platform coupled with rating system and grievances forms is established which provides them with access to a basic standard of living. We work for the interest and convivence of all our stakeholders and are aimed at the long-term social upliftment of the working class in the country.
