Expert 3D Animator Required for Educational YouTube Shorts -- Ongoing Project

We are looking to expand our portfolio of YouTube channels and would like to create educational short-form content for one of our new, upcoming brands. Our goal is to produce content similar to what the following channels are doing:

We are seeking someone experienced in 3D animation to work with us on a day-to-day basis for the long term. Considering the ongoing nature of the collaboration, we are offering a fixed payment rate of $10 per 30-35 second short.
Our rate is non-negotiable, so no negotiation will be entertained. Payments will be made here on a bi-weekly basis, every Saturday or Sunday. There will be no initial milestones, so please refrain from requesting them. All communication must be conducted here exclusively.
We will provide the script and voice-over audio to save your time, as our target is to produce 2-3 YouTube Shorts of 30 seconds each per day, Monday through Friday (5 days a week).
If you are interested, let’s proceed! To prove your 3D animated video-making skills, you will need to create a test short based on our specific requirements. Freelancers unwilling to complete the test need not apply. If our editor approves your test short, you will be paid for it, so rest assured.
