Epic Movie Logo Animation

Hello I'm looking for an animated logo. I can show you what we have at the moment and I just want it made more epic. For example, there is animated line that is drawn around the title to make a rectangle around the title. I want that, but with a first person perspective (or roller coster perspective) as the line is being drawn (for part of the line anyway). So something epic like that.
My budget is not huge. It is around $40 USD for the total project. Lower than $40 is desired, as well.
