Epic 2D Anime Fight Scene

I'm seeking a professional animator to create a 20-second, intense, 2D anime-style fight scene for a YouTube intro. The action-packed sequence should take place in an urban cityscape and feature a character based on a drawing I will provide.
The character provided throws these bombs that look like scary versions of pacman and they blow up .
At the end of the animation he runs towards the camera and it turns to black.
The enemies can be left up to you, but it is a for a gaming community so if it could remainded a dark sinister gaming theme, would be appreciated.
