Engaging Cartoon Illustrations for Book

I'm in need of a skilled animator/illustrator to create captivating, kid-friendly illustrations for my children’s book. The target audience is children aged between 9-12 years old.

It's for Kids Ministry (church). I want the main characters to be based on actual kids that will be acting out this book this Summer.

Key requirements and information include:
