Elegant Design for a business graphics

I have an existing design that needs to be made pretty.
The design needs to be elegant with nice colours and fonts.
I needs to work in colour and black and white.
The design can be reworked completely but all elements need to be there.
I will add icons and further elements later.
The design needs to be done in adobe illustrator/after effects
You need to work in layers
There must be the possibility for animation.
It will be the base for several more graphics
