Educational Motion Graphics Animations

If you want to show the world your amazing animation skills and create meaningful and educational content... This is the job for you!!
I'm looking for an Animator/Motion Graphics Artist who can turn scripts and voiceovers into beautifully crafted 3-7 minute videos
This job is for creative, and independent thinkers because I want these videos to be your art that you nurture and give to the world.
You will be paid $10 per minute of animation
Turnaround time: 2-3 days
Needs to be able to come up with original ideas and designs
Needs to be original and creative
Needs to be a strong and creative thinker
Needs to be good at communicating and checking Upwork at least twice a day
This will be in the medical world, so an understanding of the body, molecules, atomic structure, and anatomy would be very helpful but not necessary.
These are the reference styles but they will need to be changed to 16:9 and fill up more of the scene

The goal is to create slick and classy animations to educate the world on medical ideas. The black and white style creates engaging animations while also, being easy to watch and gives it a timeless and professional/credible look.
