Job ID: 39417067

Budget: $50 – $150 USD

2D Comic-Style Animation with Automatic Lip Sync for Educational Video Series (YouTube Format)

Project Description:

We are developing a series of educational videos designed to demonstrate professional best practices through animated storytelling. We are looking for a freelancer or team who can produce 2D animated videos in a comic-style or semi-realistic cartoon style, using simplified movements, minimal backgrounds, and automatic lip sync (based on pre-recorded audio or TTS).

Each video will feature two main characters showing contrasting approaches to real-life situations—one following a correct method and the other taking the wrong approach—followed by a resolution and a key takeaway. The tone is didactic, clear, and professional.

---

Content & Structure:

Video duration: 4 to 5 minutes

Number of videos: 6 to 10 (depending on budget and performance)

Aspect ratio: Horizontal 16:9 (YouTube-ready)

Visual style: Comic or simplified cartoon with limited movement (facial expressions, gestures, transitions)

Characters:

2 main professionals (one structured, one disorganized)

A mentor or coach

An office assistant

2–3 additional roles (clients, partners, or supporting characters)

Typical structure per episode:

Short introduction to the situation

Final takeaway message for learning

Provided by client:

Full script and breakdown per scene

Voiceovers (recorded audio or TTS)

Visual references and tone direction

---

Technical Requirements:

Use of animation tools that support automatic lip sync (e.g. Vyond, Animaker, Moho, Adobe Character Animator, etc.)

Final delivery in MP4 format, horizontal 16:9, suitable for YouTube or internal LMS platforms

Efficient use of reusable assets (characters, backgrounds, etc.)

Simple, clear animation style focused on communication over visual complexity

---

Preferred Skills:

Experience in educational or corporate animation

Ability to work episodically, delivering one video at a time with review checkpoints

Understanding of pacing, tone, and emphasis in training materials

Comfortable working from detailed scripts and collaborating on style

---

Workflow & Collaboration:

Pay per video, with potential for ongoing collaboration

Communication via Freelancer.com or WhatsApp

Approval process: storyboard/mockup → base animation → final version with audio/music
