Educational 2D Animator Needed

I'm looking for an experienced 2D animator to create an educational animation. The animation will primarily target adults (19+ years) so it needs to be engaging yet informative.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in 2D animation
- Between 3-5 minutes long
- Music and Sound Effects
- Higher quality animation
- Close captioning
- Text-to-Speech
- Experience in creating educational content
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to convey complex information in a simple and engaging way

The animation is expected to have a high production value, in order to maintain viewer engagement and ensure that the educational objectives are met. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to bring to life the concept and script that we provide.

"Rise of the 99%: A Feast for Change" is a compelling narrative that delves into the themes of inequality, privilege, and the power of collective action. The script, crafted by the 99 Percenters Peoples Party, takes viewers on a journey through scenes of opulence contrasted with scenes of desperation, ultimately culminating in a call to action for justice and equality.

Responsibilities:
As the animator for this project, your responsibilities will include:
Bringing the script to life through captivating and visually stunning animations.
Collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize scenes and characters.
Ensuring that the animation aligns with the intended message and tone of the script.
Incorporating feedback and revisions to refine the animation until it meets the desired standards.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar programs.
Strong artistic skills with the ability to create expressive characters and dynamic scenes.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
A passion for social justice and a commitment to using animation as a tool for advocacy and change.
